Happy New Year! To celebrate a fresh start and because we’ve been extra good this year 😊, we treated ourselves to a little gift — brand-new offices for our Development Department!

The next step in our company’s growth:

Our Development Department is moving into a remarkable historic building:

• Built in 1926–1927, originally as a private villa
• Designed by architect Antonín Pfeiffer, a student of Jan Kotěra
• Now part of our expansion, becoming the new home of our Development team

We’re proud to bring innovation and new ideas into a place with such a strong architectural legacy — where history meets the future.
