4.2.4.System - Serial #

myPRO provides you with the option of using RS485 or 232 -> USB adapter/converter which allows you to use communication with serial PLCs (such as Modbus RTU).

 

Please specify the port which you RS485/232 -> USB uses

Such as “COM1” on Windows
or  “/dev/tty/USB0” on Linux

Please keep in mind that to get myPRO to fully communicate with Serial PLC you need to add the connection to serial PLC in the myDESIGNER settings and then download the project together with it!
