4.4.2.Logs #

If you’re having a problem with any service before contacting our support, head to the logs section selects the service which you’re having a problem with and try to take a look into the logs section as it might tell you where the problem is.
As an example in this case myscadacom service – which is responsible for communication with PLC tells me that it’s not able to read the tags from the view.

These logs can be as well downloaded and then sent to our technical support in order to speed up the process.
