5.4.2.Logs #

Logs give you the possibility to make you overlook what’s happening “behind” in myBOX if any service fails to start or if any module like LTE fails to init and what’s the reason for it.

It gives you the possibility to do deep filtering or even downloading a log itself and provide it to our support team for better understanding what’s the problem with your device.


On the screenshot, you can see myscadacom service reporting that project ID was not found.


    • NOTE: If you will have any issues with myBOX, please provide download log to our technical support, it can dramatically improve solving out your possible issues.
